When you see it, you think it's a nice place but when you move here, you realize that they lured you into a rat's nest. It's dirty...loud...gates don't work...has shotty architecture...leaks...mold on carpet from water seeping thru wall cracks...maintainence takes days to months...heat is loud enough to wake you up...when the upstairs neighbors wake up, you wake up. Don't get to comfortable with the people across from you, because they get smart and move out. You will, too. After living at Regency Square, a cardboard box doesn't seem so bad.
