This place is more than horrible!!! We have had nothing but trouble since the day we moved in!!! OUr upstairs neighbors had a small child that was EXTREMELY LOUD and never slept!!!! So, everytime they were awake--So were we!! Even after much complaining to the incompetent staff, they let a family with 2 kids move in upstairs!! Also, there were always problems with the parking garage! If I am going to pay $30/month for a parking space, I expect that it won't be assigned to other people on a regular basis! Forget about maintenance fixing anything!! As for the staff, they are completely incompetent as I mentioned earlier. They will not hesitate to look you in the eye and feed you nothing but lies!!! The rent is just TOO high for the shabby quality of the place... they are simply not worth it. After living here, I would estimate that about $250/month should do it!!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT move here!!! I am begging you!!
