Better ...it's come a long way from what it used to be

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have lived here for a little over a year (I just renewed my lease), and I think that since hte apartment has come under new management it has gotten to be a better place to live. There was a problem with maintenance when I first moved here, but now they are very speedy and they get the job done right the first time. I was not going to renew my lease, but then the new management came in, and I think this is a great place to live.
