An adequate place to live

I am about to sign my 3rd lease. With new management, the complex has come a long way. It is not luxurious, but it is adequate for the price. All repairs have been done in a timely fashion, the grounds are reasonably clean and the complex is generally quiet. I am an older lady living alone and have never felt unsafe.
