I have been living at Regency Square for 5 years now and I have no idea what these people are talking about! I haven?t had one problem since I moved here. First, the maintenance staff has always been efficient in getting to my apartment in a timely manner and fixing the problem. Granted, there has been some changes to the overall staff, but as far as work performance, you?d never know except that it has improved. Second, the noise here is no worse than noise anywhere else... unless you live on a farm. It?s an apartment, of course you will somewhat hear your neighbors! And how would you expect the leasing office to tell someone that they can?t move into a particular apartment because they have kids'! That?s ridiculous! Have you ever heard of discrimination' Anyway, the grounds are kept up, the gates do work but you need to understand that they are electronic so there is that possibilty that they might not work all the time, and the apartments are not falling apart. As far as the leasing staff is concerned... they do know what they are doing, they are always courteous and professional, and in my experience, they go the extra mile. I have referred friends here and they have not had proplems either. It?s a great location and a smaller community so it?s very personable... anytime I see someone on the staff, they say hello. The entire staff demonstrates exceptional customer service, a friendly attitude, and has made my experience here a great one.
