Whole place needs a coat of paint.
Washers and dryers in 2 separate buildings haven't worked in months. Elevator in a building out of order for at least a month. Gym facilities are sad. Front gate broken off and on for months...anyone can (and does) drive right in, and your assigned parking space means nothing. Office staff is attentive to individual issues, but they're fighting an uphill battle
