I have live at Regency Square for 2 years. I love it here. I don't know what these people are talking about. I've never had a problem with the staff, and the maintenace guys a great. The gym does need new equipment but the old equipment still works. I have never had a problem with parking and as far as the gate there have been problems but they have been fixed. Regency Square is a nice place to live.

Okay BUT this photograph is NOT regency Square. I have lived here for 3 years. Why would you post this photo. It doesn't even look close to the property????
