I have lived here for about four years...sadly I can not wait to move! This used to be a quiet complex that was filled with working class professionals. Lately it has become quite unbearable. The new residents are allowed to leave trash outside their door; dogs are allowed to crap wherever they want. People are allowed to have a full room of furniture on patios...not a good look. The noise level has increased DRAMATICALLY! You absolutely will not have a good night's sleep. You can everything your neighbor is doing...and I do mean EVERYTHING! Also, don't be fooled into think there are "controlled access gates" or a fitness center...the gate NEVER works and we don't have access to the fitness center. Trust me--don't move here; you will definitely regret it!

As far as I have seen, the gates work. Occassionally they are open but they are closed once again within a day. The fitness center is open every day and three days a week it is open late so I am not sure if maybe you werent aware of it. I have also seen neighbors get notices when they leave trash out so I make sure I dont do it. There is definitely more noise but it could also be because there are more people living here. It is not to the extent that it would bother me, I am in an apartment, after all, not a house. I cant be too sensitive. I like this community, it is one of the best ones I have seen. My guests always comment on the nice look and feel.
