Not a good place - In addition to the bugs, roaches, etc., this place is not taken care of. People leave trash and mail everywhere, you can hear your neighbors fighting through the walls/floors, and there has been at least one car stolen/resident kidnapped. Great Complex I recently moved into Regency Square from another complex a few miles away. The management team is wonderful to work with and took the time to make sure everything was perfect for me before I moved in. They worked with me and my schedule to ensure I was taken care of.

Better Improvement!! Its coming along so much nicer. Ive been here for at least 6 years and this place was a mess. But ever since the new management company came in you can see the difference. They have the club house getting renovated both the pools that never have been open are getting renovated.
