Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001
 
I lived in these apt for 4 years. In the beginning everything was good, until staff started changing monthly. In the end it was termite infested, staff was HORRIBLE, maintenance SUCKED. Worst of all I had a leak coming from an electrical outlet that they came in cut a hole in the wall and left it like that until I moved (never mind that I had a 1 year old that could have killed himself). So when it rained water came out of the hole. I called every week about this until they finally let me out of my lease without any stipulations. However, when I went to another apt they tried to give me a bad reference.
