As most people have stated the size of the apartments are wonderful but what comes along with it is not so wonderful. It has been one thing after another since we moved here. Believe me after the first year we would've moved but unfortunately couldn't at that time. The management has really gone downhill. Majority of the time, we hate to even go up there to pay the rent. Let alone to place a service order. It takes numerous calls and visits to get anything in your apartment fixed. We placed an order for a simple filter change and that hasn't been taken care of yet. Oh, please make sure the chain is on your apartment door at all times because they will send someone to do work in the apartment but will not provide any formal notice. It only took once for them to walk into my apartment. Also, the apartments have RATS, not mice. Management doesn't care at all. My neighbor complained about the rodent problem and was promptly told if she didn't like it she can move. Needless to say they are moving tomorrow. They have fixed up the property and they're working on reopening the pool that has been closed since the fire in December 2004. But, those are the only improvements, the appearance of the property. Save your money and don't rent from this property! I wish someone had saved us the headache.
