We have only been here a little over a year and a half, yet we are presently under management number 5. I love the fact that I have 1400 sq ft of space for under $700, but that??s the only positive thing. Some of (not all) the tenants are nasty enough to dump there trash where they please and now there are rats about half the size of shitzus. Now I am hearing we have our very own local drug dealer in the community.
The grounds are well kept year round, but getting anything fixed is almost impossible. I swear the office is worst than the DMV!

They promised to fixed our defective widows and screen for the screened in porch, but almost 2 years after, they are still being ??ordered.?? I even offered to give them a lift to home depot, but they declined.

The AC unit is an antique (I think they have the ones Noah used to cool his ark). As long as there is duct tape and wire hangers available, I do not think they will ever replace them. Every summer, when the temperature is no less than 95 degrees, they break and we have to wait in the sweltering apartment for close to a week, before some one even looks at the unit. Not to be out done, when winter comes, the heater and or water heater goes down. Don??t get me wrong, I know things break, but when it is this frequent it??s just ridiculous.

Personally, I hate moving, but I can??t wait to leave this place. Renters beware, they will be your best friend before you sign the lease, after that it??s pretty much like dealing with a slum lord.
