The maintenence is slow/nonexistent and incompetent (they left us without a/c for almost a week in August. We have a 17 month old child).
We've been vandalized. Once our a/c breaker was unplugged, leaving us without a/c for 2 days while we waited for maintenence to come look at the unit. Twice at midnight someone slammed something into our bedroom window, breaking it the second time (two separate occasions).
The office staff is extremely unhelpful. They promise prompt service and efficiency, but never follow through. This was a terrible choice for housing.
