I lived there for 1 year during that year

I had a hole cut into a ceiling in the laundry room where the upstair bathroom was leaking downstairs that hole was still there when I moved out

The bathroom upstair was in bad shape the toilet would not flush they fixed it numerous times but it would always tear up again

They cut a hole in the wall behind the faucets in the tub because the the pipes were leaking and was damaging the ceiling downstairs they patch the hole up in the tub but it look like a child did it,

When I ran the shower if I turned the hot water on then turned the cold water on so it would be warm the water went completely cold either you could take a ice cold shower or a boiling hot shower never warm,it took them about 3 times to come and call themselves fixing it before they realized they needed to call a professional plummer

The ac and heat never worked right they came numerous but never got it right,

All of the screens in screen in patio was to small so they would always fall out,

The dishwasher never worked.

The pipes under the kitchen sink leaked fixed after waiting on 24 hour maintenance for 2 hours water was all over the floor

Hot water heater busted and flooded downstairs had to fuss with maintenance to come and get the water up carpet was replaced after about a week padding was removed same day water heater busted

From day one things started to fall apart. Maintnance was rude the office staff never got anything done. They always took about 3 days to a week to come and attempt to do the repairs but they never would do them correctly sometimes they would just ignore your work request all together that's what it felt like somethings never got fixed I am so glad to be out of there.
