i moved in november 2007. i wasnt expecting much since this was my first apartment and as a single mother of 2...this was about all i could afford. well, it's now june and i am SO ready to MOVE OUT!!!!!!!!!! the first week i was here, one of my neighbors told me not to park my car in the back of our building b/c people have broken into her car and her house. my a.c. has been out (i would assume since i've been her but since it just now got hot, i didn't know it didnt work) for about a month. i've been telling colandra and shauna at the leasing office this since then and guess what....i'm still burning up. my dishwasher went out around the same time as the the a.c., and again guess what...i'm washing dishes by hand. the bathtub was supposed to have been resurfaced before i moved in, it started peeling within a month of me being here. i told mangement, they sent someone out after i threatened to call the health inspector, and lo and behold, it started peeling again right after it was done. so..i just peeled all the crap off b/c it's not worth it. my upstairs neighbor plays music at all times of the day and night and no matter how much you ask them to turn it down, it still stays up. there was a fire about a month ago, some couple got into a fight and the police and firefighters were here in the middle of the night...it's just so GHETTO (for lack of a better word) over here. please, please, please, find somewhere else to live. i am.

I really agree I have been here almost a yr and this complex is a mess starting with the office staff. My heat went out in January and it took me calling two times and 4 days to get heat. Then when they fixed the heat the messed up the air. So when summer came in April I could not sleep because it was not working I called twice in one week and no one put the order to repair my air till I came in hollering. And then it took 1 more month for it to get fixed and it took them calling the police to remove me from the property and get it fixed and then in retaliation for that they are not renewing my lease which does not bother me because the residents on top of that are nasty. They have trash bags sitting next to there door which draws the 100 of cats that sit by the dumpster. You really don't want to live here I should have known when I moved in my dishwasher and garbage disposal didn't work and the refrigerator was nasty....IF YOU HAVE ANY PRIDE FOR YOURSELF DO NOT DO IT!!!
