I must admit that since we have new mangement in the office they have fixed things if you call and they try to make sure everything is taken care.I give a hi five to the new mangmement

As a past employee, I agree with this. This company is very dishonest and have no concern for their tenants or their employees as a whole. I hope that another company can purchase all of their properties and produce a better hand of management. It is truly awful. This company has not allowed integrity to speak for them at all. They hire their own relatives to work from them. The company did received over a 10 million loan and disbursed $10,000 to each of their Georgia residences. Many associates are dislocating themselves from even assisting to help those that are in search of apartments. Many prospects are told to go next door or to other places to find "rest". Sad but true... Bethany Group will be better off doing a Bankruptcy than foregoing in business. The upper level of management is just dishopeful in making integrity an answer to a calloused situation. The state should condemn the properties and cancel the business licenses for this company. They are real estate predators. They have to be stopped! PERIOD...

Whomever is writing crap about hi fives to management is foolish. I moved out in Oct 08 and still have not gotten my deposit back. They said I paid to much for my rent seeing that the water was being paid separetly. That was added to my deposit to have refunded back to me and still nothing. I know times are hard for the company, however, they are hard for everyone. I won't go broke or miss any of my current payments over that money, but its my money. I have a baby on the way, about to get married. Every little bit will help. I don't care how much improvement they have made over the past months. The prior business with me is still undone. And I will continue to share my horrible experience with them until I GET MY MONEY... You made me pay you for 12 months of horrible living conditions. I have spent $7,560 with that company.
