I have lived here for 2 years and will be leaving on January 31, 2003. Thank Goodness!

Examples:

1. In September,2002, I reported that an obscenity had been written on a piece of playground equipment. I was assured that the obscenity would be cleaned up. I have mentioned it every month when I pay my rent. So far nothing has been done. Why should little kids be subjected to this' I would clean it up but I'm afraid I would be charged with defacing property or some other act.

2.The office lost my apartment key. I don't know when but I do know that I have stopped in 2 times per their request and had a key made. Still they have no key for my apartment and they want me to stop in again to have a key made.

3. Occasionally, at least once a month the water is cut off because of a problem or the hot water is cut off because of a problem. Yet our water rate is the highest in the area and it's ridiculous.

4.The apartment next door was having a leak I dont know if it's repaired since the tenants have left. However, I have asked for the leak to be fixed because the water leaks into my kitchen from the ceiling. It has ruined the counters and my microwave.

I could go on and on but the incidents are too numerous to mention. And the shame of it all is that a new property manager came in but you can't tell the difference.

I hope that I never again have to lease from EPT Management. With the experiences I have had I will move if they ever take over a complex where I am.
