I moved into these apartments 1 1/2 year ago. At first they were extremely slow with fixing things in the apartment that were broken. It seems as though they switch managers and office personnel like crazy. Once you get used to a set 1-2 months later when you call it's someone different.
Other than that, there has never been any problems. At the present time as I can see, they really need to pressure was the buildings. Some are dirty.
