Poor service from mgmt...

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The leasing office staff (Asst Mgr & Manager) are quite unprofessional. It took me 6 months to get a working dishwasher after putting in several requests during those months.
Leasing office does not return phone calls or follow through with maintenance requests.
And they don't have a night drop box for rent payments. Residents are advised to mail in their payments or hand deliver during business hours ... as if people don't have jobs!!!
