I have lived in Highland Enclave for almost two years starting the second month in our apartment we have a visit from Dekalb County at least 4 times a day. Someone has been placing bogus calls from out of state calls stating anything from illegal activity to disturbance. There is nothing we can do to stop the calls and we receive zero acknowledgement from management with this. Last night was our final straw we arrive home from a long day of work and our 3rd floor unit had been broken into. A couple weeks prior same happen to our neighbors... Think twice!

Hoghland Enclave is a pit, I agree. If you want to live in a complex where mgmt. doesn't inform you of break ins, car thefts, and vandalism, then this is the place for you. Maintenance is awful and the roaches are so big that they may ne responsible for some of the breakins. My car was broken into in June, and two weeks later my neighbors apartment was broken into. She wanted to tell the neighbors and building mgmt called the police on HER for trying to keep her nieghbors informed.
