It seemed like everytime I came to pay rent, there was new management. On weekends there are kids all in the street. I damn near had to run someone down to get to work one day. Some people leave there trash outside the door instead of going to the compactor, so when I come home at night it is nothing but roaches (or "waterbugs", whatever you prefer to call them) outside of the building. I can't even count how many I have seen in my apartment. (Mind you I don't eat at home and my place stays clean.) On top of all of this Clarkston is just a crazy place to live anyway. The police are always around handling "issues" in the area.

On a good note, the apartments are spacious. I can sacrifice space for a better standard of living. When my lease is up, I will be out. Remember you get what you pay for.
