I have been a resident at the Lakes since Mar 1, 07. I have reported several things wrong with the apartment I reside in. Somethings are been repaired. And it did take them a while. When I mention this to the maintenance crew, they stated it was the office staff and not them. It is also, difficult to reach them by phone.
