Staff is slow and shiftless, the don't do anything to assist with problems. Complaints are ignored. When we moved in we had a hazardous situation, we called the office staff several times to fix the situation, we get no response, finally we had to call the fire marshall out on them in order to get the matter resolved. Places poorly insulated, the neighbor plays his music so loud at all hours of day and night making it uncomfortable for the residents in the building and in violation of the lease, we reported him to the office staff multiple times, but they did nothing, we had to call the police often because this person fails to abide by the apartment rules and the office staff does nothing to handle the situation thereby condoning his behavior. At night safety is a issue, there are a lot of people hanging out in the complex at night, walking through the complex selling drugs, these people don't live here, in addition, there is a lot of tailgating at the gate; people riding your bumpers trying to get in on your access and the security sees this and does nothing. If you looking to rent here, beware, don't do it, all they want is your money. You don't get what you pay for.

this is very true, I live here I would not advise anyone to move here.
