When i first moved in, nothing was fixed. I had a list of 11 things that had to be fixed after I moved in. A couple of the women in the rental office have nasty attitudes. The fitness center is never open on time. They have new office hours and residents were not notified. Upon moving in, the staff assured us that the tenants have access to the computer room, of the pool tables, and of the children's computer room, well none of that is accessible yet. The garbage is overflowing on a daily basis. when i complained I was told too bad, there is nothing that can be done about it. The children, mainly the teens, are out of control w/no parent supervision. The grounds aren't kept clean. There is trash and paper everywhere. The lake is nasty and loaded w/beer bottles and clothes and garbage. Not a pretty sight. The tennis courts are filled w/glass making it next to impossible to play without getting cut. i hate to see how it will be in the summer when they open the pools. I am embarrassed to invite guest to this complex. I rate this complex the Pits!
