This is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived at. The office staff is the most unprofessional people that I have seen. They are sorry, they don't care about the people that reside here. The maintenence stinks, they don't fix anything around here. I have been here for about nine months and my air conditioner has not been fixed yet. It still leaks on the hall carpet. The property Manager is the worst that I have ever seen, she is a liar and has no idea what she is doing. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The kids are loud and noisy, they have tore up the play ground, I kow there have been shootings here and someone died from one shooting about two weeks ago. *The lights goes off all the time in this apartment, it's almost like it has some kind of electrical problem. NASTY OFFICE STAFF, VERY NASTY THEY HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHATS GOING ON.

You are absolutely right! It is the worst place that I've ever lived also. The garbage is everywhere but inside of the dumpters. I've been living here for 6 months and I still have no screens on none of my windows. people have stolen my patio furniture. neighbors consist of candy & alchohol distributors, and even gang members. The park is so dirty and littered w/trash that I have to go outside and pick up after kids that aren't even mine because the maintenance sucks! The "officers" that walk around, all they do is talk. when i inform them of incidences, they dont' get to the incident for hours sometimes. children are often sitting on my patio furniture or hanging out on steps. the gated community is not often gated. the gate is broken most of the time. someone was shot just 2 weeks ago. the lakes are filthy dirty. this place sucks. oh yeah, and the staff, is the worst!!!! they are only nice when they want to get you in there. after they get you to move in, they are mean....and very unhelpful.

THE IRON STEPS ARE STARTING TO FALL APART. THAT IS VERY DANGEROUS AND THEY WONT FIX THIS PROBLEM. AFTER SOMEONE FALLS THEY WILL BE SUED.THEN MAYBE THEY WILL TAKE SOMEONE SERIOUS. I JUST HOPE AND PRAY NO ONE GETS HURT AND HIGHER OFFICAIALS LOOK INTO THIS COMPLEX.
