I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS NOW !!! THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY NICE I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. I WALK MY KIDS TO SEE THE DUCKS AND GEESE ALMOST EVERYDAY. THERE IS ALOT OF PLAYGROUNDS FOR KIDS. THE MAINTENCE IS NICE ALSO. I AM GLAD THEY HAVE SERCIUTY THERE I FEEL SAFF. I AM SO VERY CLOSE TO GEORGIA PERTIMETER COLLEGE AND DEKALB TECHINAL COLLEGE I AM INENOLLING IN TO GEORGIA PERTIMETER COLLEGE IN NOV. I LOVE IT HERE !!!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! THERE IS A GANG THAT HANGS AROUND THE MAILBOX NEAR THE ENTRANCE WITH WHITE TEE SHIRTS ON. THEY DO SHOOTINGS ALMOST EVERY NITE. A BULLET WENT THROUGH A DOOR AND JUST MISSED A MOTHER AND CHILD LAST WEEK. A TEENAGER WAS KILLED LAST MONTH. A MAN SHOT LAST MONTH. THE GATES ARE NEVER WORKING PROPERLY AND LEFT OPEN ALL THE TIME.

u must work there and are tryin to make the place sound great because ive been there and its nothing like you say the gates are always broke a lot of stolen cars are found in ur apartments adn the violence is out of hand get out ur fantasy world and look aroung you

Lol I thought that person worked there also specially when they mentioned the schools. I attended DTC and all the traffic in the area is a NO...No for me. The pics on the web of the townhomes and the virtual tour looks great but I knew it had t b the cleanest spot in the complex when they showed the grounds pics. Very resnable but hey they say that you get what you pay for!
