I've been in this complex since 1995. In that time it has gone so far downhill that the only place to go is up. When I first moved in the staff was friendly, the maintenance was prompt and the neighborhood was quiet. Now, I have loud neighbors on either side of me, bratty kids (under 4 years old) who stay up all night kicking the walls or something, more crime than you could shake a stick at, other neighbors who get amorous at 5 in the morning (the walls are REAL thin) and a maintenance staff that takes MONTHS to make repairs. I think they've turned these into section 8 housing and haven't bothered to tell anyone. I know they talked about it at one time. I know of at least 3 incidents this year alone where someone's gotten killed over here.
The tennis courts are a joke, and did I mention that the staff is very non-chalant about any concerns you might have'

I will definitely not be renewing my lease in this dump another year.
