DON'T DO IT!!!

I can guarantee that if you move here, you won't be able to wait until your lease is up. My lease ends on Saturday and I can't wait to get out of here. All the things that you read are true. I guess this place does have its perks. The size of my apartment is really nice and spacious. The price is good. BUT BUT BUT... The neighborhood is scary and not safe. When I moved here, my car was broken into less than 2 months after I moved in. And one of my neighbors had the nerve to ask me if I had change for a $20 while she watched me sweeping up broken glass. Maintenance doesn't get anthing done on time. My roof was leaking right on my entertainment unit for days and all they could tell me to do was keep it covered until they could get to it. There was another instance when our water was turned off. It was off for three days and they hadn't even warned us that they were turning it off. I had to go live somewhere else for that time frame. I hate to make this place sound awful, but just one more thing. The apartment complex lies between Strokers and some boot legged club called Club Nak. It can be extremely loud. So if you are not a big fan of sleep, then this place is great.
If what you have read is the type of life style that you like living, by all means, stop by the leasing center and pick up an application. But again, I can guarantee that by the time your lease is up, you'll be more than ready to leave.
