A very bad experience.

I don't even know where to begin. First off, in certain one bedroom townhouse lofts, they don't tell you that you are on a shared water system before you rent. Your water cycles temperatures on you constantly even while you're in the shower. Therefore, it's easy to get burned. DeKalb County doesn't care about the situation either. Maintenance is very slow about fixing things. 9 times out of 10, you'll have to call multiple times to get things fixed. Maintenance will also set your alarm off and have the police come. Then you'll get a letter in the mail for false alarm that you didn't cause. Maintenance will also use your personal items to help them fix things in your apartment. I've had to call the police pertaining to noise. They put up huge baseball stadium lights in the parking lot which makes it look like daytime while you're trying to sleep at night. I've heard gunshots on several occasions. I still haven't had certain things fixed in over a year. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone I love and care about to stay in these apartments. They do look nice, but looks are definately not everything.
