I really dont know where to begin but I guess I will start out by saying that I fed up with this place. I cant count how many times I have woken up to ants and those big as raoches in my apartment. Today is the last and final straw and I will be glad when my lease is up. Yes, they do weekly sprays in the apartments but that only sends the ants from one apartment to next. Others problems include A.C. that do not work properly. Without fail every summer, the A.C. leaks on the carpet and it takes multiple calls just to fix the problem. There is also evidence of wood rot and mold in the apartment. I even had to threat to withhold my rent and to sue in order to get maintenance request filled. There are a few good points to living here such as: I live on the quiet side and I rarely see any children or hear any noise; the bus stop is right outside my door. But the bad out weighs the good and I will not renew my leas this time around.
