I moved here in June. I am looking to get out of here ASAP! First, I live next door to people who apparently don't work because they are outside at all times of the day and night, blasting their music and being loud, ghetto, and ignant. I now have new neighbors across the way who stand outside and smoke weed on their patio when the get up every morning. Needless to say, I can't let my kids out on the patio to play when they're out there.

The roaches are RIDICULOUS!!!!! I consider myself a pretty clean person and I don't cook that much, so it's not like I have dishes in my sink all the time, but they are everywhere! In the pantry, in the cabinets, the dishwasher, and I'm even starting to see them in my refrigerator. Can you say GROSS'''' I called the office to let them know, they sent someone to spray some crap that is like perfume to them obviously because it did NOTHING but stick up the place. I've tried everything, bombs, bay leaves, baking soda. Nothing works. I hate to be at home with my children or even cook for them because of the bugs. It's so gross.

Another thing, the shower in my master bath stopped working about 3 weeks ago. Again, I notified the office. Someone has been in my apartment maybe twice I guess to try to fix it, but...it still doesn't work. Same thing with the air conditioning. You can have it on 60 all night and the temperature does not go below 75 in the apartment! I would open my windows but since there are no screens (they claim they're on order), I can't!

Also, before my first month in the apartment was out, some neighborhood bebe's kids spray painted my silver car with orange spray paint! Luckily, I was able to remove it with some stuff I got from Home Depot, but geez, can you people do something with your bad a$$ kids''''

I lived in these apartments back in 1993...they were nowhere near as bad as they are now. I swear, I wish I had listened to these reviews before I moved in, because I wouldn't be trying to scramble to get out now. The cheap rent is not worth it. Especially because of the bugs. Seriously...find somewhere else to move.

how much does the rent run in lake shore? Some are saying they are expensive and some cheap.
