Yeah, the majority of the residents are from other countries and speak other languages. SO that means there are that many less people to bother you and stay in your business. I stay to myself and try not to bother any one. I have had no conflict with anyone in my complex
They are reasonable with the prices seeing that I have 3 BR 2.5 BA=1600 Sq.ft. Call for the new rates.
When I moved in I got all new name brand appliances, new carpet and it does not smell unless you have the problem in your own apartment.
The roaches are there however upon request the exterminator will come out once a month or more upon your request. Where ever there are lots of people some nasty or and the rest of them not there are going to be bugs. Take advantage of the exterminator comming and try borax it helps alot.
OH I must tell about the cats. There are lots of cats on the property (advantage they keep the mice & rats away I have been there 1 1/2 years and have not seen a live mouse or rat in my apartment or for that matter running through the complex grounds)
No it?s not the Ritz Calrton or the White House but it beats being in the cold with your children.
The grounds are ok, its not better homes & gardens that I paid for otherwise I would be mad.
The maintenance is very responsive to my calls. It may take 1-2 days depending on if they have the parts in or not. but they have fixed all my issues in a reasonable time frame
before prejudging the property by what you hear you must go and see it. It?s really not that bad for the price you pay. Come and walk through the complex both phases 1 & 2 before making up your mind.
I guess what I am trying to say is have you ever stayed at any shelters' Olde plantation is by far the most beautiful place to live compared to a shelter. If you have no other choice or you are saving to purchase a home here is the place to stay.
