i have lived in these apartments for a year. there have been numerous home invasions. Recently, as little as two weeks ago, there was a murder. the rental office does not do any repairs. they also chagne policies as they see fit about the rent. Basically, the lease means absolutely nothing. My sink has been stopped up for three days. They will not fix it. My dishwasher has never worked. They came once to fix it three months agoa dnleft all of the screw out. It is inoperable. My home was burgularized and I was responsible for changing my own locks. Most recently they would not accept my rent becasue it was half check and half money order. How rididculous.BEWARE! Avoid this place!!!! Unless you like hearing gun shots everynight, thisis not theplace to raise your kids. It is not a safe environment. The police call it the PROJECTS of Clarkston.
