This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. My first apartment moving in was discovered to have rats so they moved me out that one into another one. The new building 2 days later started leaking from the upstairs apt everytime they took a shower. Place has been broken into on numerous occasions and the kids are ghetto as hell. These are the projects of clarkston.
