Think about it

As with other tenants who have shared their opinions, the model unit was a great seller. However, you do want to inspect the unit you will be given to move into, if you can, BEFORE you decide to move in. The space for the money is a great deal, but be prepared for some "extras" that no apartment complex would list as amenities. I have had my run in's with LARGE cockroaches outside my door, and sure enough, a few made it in. I also encountered strange insects I had never seen before- VERY large in size, later to be identified as silverfish coming out of the fireplace and tub. I have had instantaneous assistance from maintenance when an issue was reported, so there are no complaints regarding their response. However, there were issues we had before moving into our apartment, which haven't been resolved, although our lease is coming to a close. If you need the space and don't mind a few extra insect visitors every now and then, a few problem areas with your ceilings/walls/floors, or a nosey neighbor or two, it's a nice space for your buck with lots of closet space.
