Nice place to live. Very roomy and quiet. As long as you keep a towel under your front door, you won't have to worry about the bugs with a thousand legs called, "house centipedes" and millipedes. We have lived in this complex for almost 3 years and since we started covering the bottom of the door at night, we rarely see the centipedes. I think what helped as well was the fact that the new owner's did a lot of outdoor renovations; They cut down most of the trees and replanted grass. The pest control guy stated that house centipedes eat all other pests (spiders, roaches,ants) so that's why you never see any of them. Since the new company has taken over, the place is MUCH better. They have completely re-vamped the outside of the apartments and have now started to complete work inside of the apartments. They are even fixing / replacing things that the old company refused to do. I truly recommend this place, just keep in mind that it's an older community so, what you see is what you get. If you want brand-new...go down the street and pay over $1000 per month for the other "Oaks" (smile).
Pros: Roomy floorplans, quiet, cost efficient, rennovations are being completed now...
