My stay from 2005 to now has been nothing but one let down after another. The turn around rate for repairs is unbelievable. The change in staff faster than drive-thru at Wendy's. Between ceiling leaks; balconies about to cave in; The damaged counters that were never repaired; the bugs; the balcony sliding glass doors and the doors in the kitchen for where the washer/dryer connects as so old and simply needs to be replaced. But do you thinks they care.... two years same issues. Still waiting on the screen door to be replaced from 2 months ago. Oh and the gate/gate card/dialing from visitors'booth...I just leave that out.
