The floorplan is very important to me. I will forego outside ammenities for the spaciousness and traffic flow of an apartment because I want to enjoy living in my apartment. I would prefer some sort of outside storage for seasonal things and a bit more inside storage but I do have cabinets in both bathrooms and a large pantry in the kitchen in addition to the coat, laundry, linen and large walk-in closets.

I saw apartments with similar floorplans and some properties were just as old as this one for 1 - 3 hundred dollars more and I prefer older built to modern particle board and simulated brick. I am very pleased with my fireplace, built-in bookshelves, sunroom and a patio off by bedroom. These are very nice homes not just an apartment and the location is great too; many different ways to get home.

I must admit that the 'always open' walk-in gate bothers me. Anyone can walk in
and drive out with someone's car or get easy access to someone who prefers not to
be bothered. The gate works most of the time and on rainy days I'm rather glad when it's not because the entrance is not covered. Considering the level of crime in Atlanta and surrounding suburbs I feel I've found a fairly safe haven that is well managed and administered by warm friendly professional caring down to earth people who genuinely try to fulfill the needs of their residents. Someone generally answers the phone and if not they always call me back.

In a perfect world all maintenance in my apartment would have been done prior to my move but that would not have afforded me the confidence I have acquired because of the manner in which all of my issues have been resolved. I too have the drier thing going on but just today I got a new thermostat because mine was not shutting off and on. I am confident that the drier situation will also be resolved to my satisfaction as was the one with my ice-maker; I now have a new refrigerator.

Change is constant and the change to this management was great. Can't speak of
the other guys but these guys I trust to do right by me because they have thus far.
