Just Moved in....

Came in on a special and been living in for about 2 weeks. The complex I'm in is VERY VERY QUIET. I think I've made more noise then my upstairs neighbor. Speaking of, I haven't seen any of my neighbors at all :|. Floor Plans are nice. The HVAC equipment is a bit noisy (the apartments were made in the early 80's if I remember correctly) and turning on the AC sounds like warp speed in Star Trek.
Other then that, No real complaints so far. I will say I have noticed some palmetto bugs roaming about. However, this is standard for the summer. Anyone who's lived in Georgia long enough knows those bugs love to come out in the summer regardless of how clean you keep your house.
