When me and my wife got married we both moved out of our parents houses and into a aprtment in The Reserve. We've been here almost a year now and we've really enjoyed it. We've only needed to put in 1 work order (leak in the kitchen) and it was addressed in 24 hours (leak in the wall, had plumbers come out the same day). We're in the back of the property, and it's very quiet back here. Not alot of loitering, only people outside are normally jogging, walking dogs, or working on their cars. There is no security officer, but we haven't had any problems. They do have security systems in their units though. I work as a maintenance technician for another company, and it seems to me that their management company really seems to care about their communities. Haven't really encoutered any issue here, we've enjoyed our time here and would definately recommend it.
