I can speak for only myself and my experience here. Doris and Susan are very nice and seem to sincerly care about their residents. Maintenance is very good. If I put in a work order it is usually done the same day or following day depending on when I make the call. There is a groundskeeper (don't know his name) but he is always out there picking up trash early in the morning and always waves (very friendly). The only thing that I have an issue with is the fact the clubhouse furniture and the cabinets and appliances are dated in the apartment. The inside of the apartment could use some more updated cabinets and appliances. The outside could use a fresh coat of paint. Other than that, it's alright. Oh, I almost forgot, as far as pest problems, I don't have any on the inside of my apartment and the exterminator comes every so often which is fine. Outside though, spiders like to hang out and when june bug season hits, be aware!! :)

I relocated to GA in 1995 and lived at Wildcreek Apartments for 10 years. it was a nice place to live. The location is convenient and great for newcomers. The grounds are clean, the security gate works,Doris,Susan and the maintenance people care, I think they even lived there. I didn't see anymore crime there than anywhere else in Metro Atlanta. Decent. Fair.
