The management is great. Unfortunately can't say the same about the neighborhood. Be sure to use your alarm at all times (even when you're home). My apartment was burgularized the day after Christmas. I lived at the back of the complex (didn't want to but they insisted on putting me there) which faces another apartment complex which takes section 8, no social required, no back ground check etc. Needless to say several robberies occurred and the constant police presence was getting irritating. The courtesy officer at Wildcreek is pretty much useless and isn't even at the property most of the time. When you file a police report with Clarkston P.D. they pretty much want you to do all the work (I was asked to take pictures of the crime scene and email them) and I doubt the crime scene tech ever came out to dust for fingerprints from the window they entered. Oh yes, I almost forgot to mention that the complex is a great hiding place for criminals being pursued by the police.

Just to let you know that just b/c you have section 8 doesn't mean you don't get a credit check. They have to go though the pro. just like you ssn and all. And what good is an alarm if you don't use it. You live in a great complex learn how to keep to your self and don't try to be ghetto fab......
