I moved to Atlanta in '03, and have lived in 3 apartments. Wildcreek was the worst experience ever.I am pretty fair and balanced and always leave good reviews. Also I have two other friends that lived here and had the same experiences so here it goes..

1.) My carpet appliances , flooring, etc were manufactured in the 80's and had all seen better days. My microwave was date stamped 1987 and my fridge had food in it when I moved in,,thanks. The carpet was used, and the bathroom floor had some black susbtance and hair particles in the corners that appeared to be the same black susbstance smeared on the cabinets in the bathroom. When I inquired about it I was told " It must be the previous residents hair dye, he always had jet black hair"..o.k. yuck!!

2.) Roaches, roachs everywhere.. I first noticed a tsrange triangular dark bug in a kitchen drawer. No big deal and I had them spray. By three months in I had an infestation so bad that the roached (that I reserached on the internet and discovered were German roaches) started to infest my empty refrigerator.They continued to spray but the office people (Doris and her ast manager) continued to be lacsidasel and unconcerned. I also had an infestation of ants.

3.) I was put in the back even though they knew I was a single woman and concerned about safety. My first month in my across the hall neighbor had his door kicked in and was robbed. He then confronted some other neighbors across the way..also very frightening. The loud music and the obvious drug transactions pretty much kept me at my boyfriends house during my entire lease. There were nothing but men on the backside of the property.There are so many incidents and I am trying to not be longwinded.

To sum it up, Deloris was friendly but really semms to care less about her female residents especially and I should have never been living in such filth. If I had it to do over again, I would have taken them to court for running a slum house.
