PLEASE! I've lived in these apts. for a whole year which seems like a lifetime! The maintnence is horrible, and yet they say it's the best. They also call themselves having sercurity officers but they haven't had 1 since we first moved here and even if they did, it wouldn't matter because they are too sorry and too lazy to do any thing about your problems.And about the bugs, our apt has been like a roach motel to every bug and whatever other creatures that live here! About the staff here, they are constantly knocking on your door with every excuse that they have for not responding to your calls. And people talk about every other apt complex in Clarkston is terrible, but you haven't seen terrible until you have lived in these discusting apts. And 1 more thing if you like loud music and loud neighbors hanging out at all hours of the night then this is the place for you.
