I along with wife and kids stayed in this roach infested complex for 1 year. During this time we had leakes in the celing, an insane roach problems, 3 super hot weeks with no AC, leaks in the walls, walls caving in due to leakes... I could go on to list at least 10 more maintence issues but lets move on. The so called managment staff changed 3-4 times in the one year that we were there. That caused a nightmare in its self. No one knew about anything that happened before them nor do they care. During the last few months we were there we gave the a Profesional but unhappy notice that we would not be resigning the lease. the next mounth they some how seem to miss place our rent check. We had never been late paying and most times paying early, but all of a suden no payment at all'' yea right. Right now we are having to fight with them over the fact that they charged us for not giving a 60 day notice when we actualy gave almost a 90 day notice. There is a drug dealer out on the corners almost every night even across from the main office.If any of this sounds like something you or you family would like to go through then this is the place for you, but know this if they had offered me free rent for a year to stay I wouldn't the savings are not worth the stress and other health risks. By the way we lost our $200 deposit and they say we still owe them.
