I lived in Wood Haven 2/2004-10/2005. I would have left 2/2005 but my lease got extended another year when I demanded to move because my ceiling fell in all over my couch. And they wanted to charge me to move into another apartment at that. Yes management changed like the weather, yes maintainence was non exiestence, yes drug dealers were paying under the table to move in, but once I moved into the new apartment some drug dealers moved upstairs from me and while me and my family were out one Sunday night, we came home to a bullet hole in out ceiling and wall. Of course I went to the office to get out of my lease and the ----- manager who is no longer there told me no I coulnd not leave without paying. So after that my neighbor found a bloody night under her welcome mat from a stabbing the night before. Then my 11 year old son got kidnapped in some guys apartment for 10 minutes until me and my boyfriend banged on the door and he finally answered. Come to find out he was a child molester that was recently released from prison a few days earlier. You would think I was lying but I kid you not. Oh yeah my building had no lights. Wild complex to live in. Pay more and go some where else, it matters. I am ashamed of our black communities. Id rather pay more and live among the white where these types of environments are totally unexceptable. Try Roswell for $800 a month.

Sounds like a ------- JUNGLE to me! Everybody should move out of this place!
