Do yourself a BIG favor....MOVE! If you are considering moving here DON'T!

I am a former resident of this location and we're finally out of there! The gunfire RIGHT OUTSIDE of our apartment PROVED to us that it's not worth it! Cut your losses and run! Lose your security deposit, your life is more worth than that!

Ok...so you are still considering living there' Well let me tell you!
#1 Security is a JOKE. There is 12/7 security NOT 24/7. The rent-a-cop goes home at 2am and apparently the perps know this due to the shootings that occur after 3am!
#2 The front gate. It's not fixed to this day! We were told the week that we moved it that it would be fixed in 30 days. I believe that means 30 years. If you want a good laugh read the sign attached to the wrought iron gate "Gate Closes after Every Vehicle." ROFL!

#3 Lighting is less than to be had. Put your own lightbulbs in, and they are stolen!
#4 Trash, litter and left-overs from the latest shootings scattered throughout the common areas. Ie: 9mm bullet casings, 40 calibre(s) and an assortment of questionable weapons.
#5 The parking...well there is alot of that...but do yourself a big favor, remove your license tag at night. If it's not a vanity tag it will be stolen!

In my honest opinion, it's not worth it!

I pray for all of those residents who still have to live there because they have no other place to go. I pray for the children. That's NO Place to raise a family.

All of you who are law biding citizens who are still at the Brock I pray that you remain safe!

I also stayed in woodhaven and the first night i stayed there i had a new born and my house was full of roaches i couldnt even go to sleep!! The gunshots right outside your window is definetly true and not only that the rent office started losing my rent. I went to court and ofcourse won bcuz i had my money order receipts. Its under new management every month so if you can help it pls dont choose this apartment to live in
