I was once an employee of Harbor Management who owns and manages this dive! What a mess.

I left back in 1997 due to the fact that the owners only cared to collect money. No money was put back into the community as anyone can see if they go there.

I had a constant problem of "training" refugees on how to use appliances and explaining to them that they could NOT hang dead chickens and goats on their patios! It was just terrible! Although I have nothing against any person coming to the US to better themselves, Harbor gave this place over to them to do as they wished, even if it meant sacrificing animals in the parking lots and weddings being performed in the streets.

It became a daily thing to have the police there in the office, after a Kurish or Iraqian threatening to cut our throats and so forth. Just terrible! The bottom line was and remains MONEY. The government pays 3 months of their rent and expenses.

Chief Webb of the Housing Authority was a constant visitor, siting the community with all kinds of violations! When we as management brought this to the attention of the President of Harbor Management, Tommi Fitzgerald, we were told to be quiet and collect the rent!

Terrible..just terrible! No only is Wyncrest ran in this manner but the entire HARBOR properties are ran in the same manner! What a sad thing! Can you imagine the millions of dollars this company is making and what a difference they could make''''''

I agree to this 100%. I worked for Harbor at Wyncrest in 1996. We were supposedily renovating which was a joke. Ms. Fitzgerald wasn't president then but she was all about the money. If you will notice all of Harbor's properties are in low income areas and they are a magnet for that crowd. I'm not saying anything is wrong with low income, but please son't settle for anything. This management tries to make a living taking advantage of YOU!!

I wish that I read this before I ever gave this place a dime. All they did was paint the outside and let the same people back in.
