sometimes what is affortable is not always good. pay a little bit more and live pleasantly at a decent apartment complex. poor management, water get turned off in the mid of you trying to go to work, care more about the outside appearance than inside living conditions, money hunry ,please keep all receipt or you will pay dearly. poor management, change management constantly.
