Don't Do It!!! I lived in southern place from march 2007 till november 2007 is was the worst place to live ever. They never fixed anything and it had to many roaches,gun shots,drugs and everthing else you would not want in an apartment. I hated I broke my lease just so I could move

BAD!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a very bad place to live. Not only has the area gone to dump, the leasing office NVER fixes anything. you can call and call and you get no reponse. you have to keep on the and if that does not work you have to go higher up and it is very time consuming.
